- Redefined Online Payments experience for 300 Mn+ Indian consumers and 1M+ merchants over 4 years; doubling conversion rate, creating experience-based moat and driving incremental revenue; while navigating a complex regulatory and build environment
- Conceptualized, Launched & Scaled conversational commerce business for Razorpay
- Owned the Developer Experience for all of Razorpay’s products with innovative AI solutions to reduce contacts, improve experience and build a well-rounded
- Conceptualized and contributed to building Razorpay’s Customer Data Platform
- Conceptualized and helped launch the Rize D2C community
Flipkart - Senior PM (acting PM Lead)
- Led the end to end Payments (Payins, Payouts / Refunds, Routing, etc.) infra and experience for Flipkart’s core ecommerce marketplace business as well as all subsidiaries across Ads, Travel, B2B, Grocery, etc.; while navigating the shift from Cards dominated online payments to UPI dominated online payments world; partnering with banks, PG /PAs, TSPs, etc.
- Increased share of digital payments by 150%, reducing RTO rates and COD share
- Led Big Billion Days scale preparation and execution from payments pov
- Reduced Refund-related contacts by about 90% by fundamental architectural changes as well as building new workflows and customer experiences
- Conceptualized and executed a growth hacking unit to increase conversion rates by 30% through rapid experimentation
